“tetr” is a productivity application designed to enhance your efficiency and mindfulness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tetr and its related services. By accessing or using tetr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. tetr is provided to you by tetr LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By agreeing to the onboarding prompt and using tetr, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 1.2. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use tetr.

2. Use of Service

2.1. tetr provides features including reminders, notes, and journal entries, tailored for mobile devices, with potential future expansion to other platforms. 2.2. You must use tetr in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

3. User Accounts

3.1. To access certain features of tetr, you may need to create an account. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. User Conduct

4.1. You agree not to misuse tetr or help anyone else do so. 4.2. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violating laws or regulations.
  • Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Sending harmful or illegal content.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. tetr and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of tetr and its licensors.

6.1. tetr may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by tetr. 6.2. tetr has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

7. Subscriptions and Refunds

7.1. tetr may offer subscription-based services. 7.2. Subscriptions will be billed through the App Store or other platform services. 7.3. Refunds for subscriptions are governed by the App Store’s refund policies and any other applicable platform’s refund policies.

8. Disclaimers

8.1. tetr is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. 8.2. tetr does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. In no event shall tetr, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use tetr.

10. Indemnification

10.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless tetr and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

11. Accounts

11.1. You may not use as a username or display name the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use a username or display name that is offensive, vulgar, obscene or legally infringing.

11.2 tetr reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

12.1. tetr reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.211.2. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

13. Termination

13.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to tetr immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

14. Governing Law

14.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tetr operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
